AD Bly Scope of works: Phase 2 full ground works package to include:

• Earth Works
• Ground remediation
• Vibro Piling
• CFA Piling – In close proximity to Network Rail assets
• Roads & sewers including downstream defender installing pump chamber and swales
• Mains services
• Haul road installation
• Oversites completion: Foundations, drainage & services, substructure construction including face brickwork, block & beam floors, concrete floors, scaffold mats drives and walk ways
• External works: plot service connections, impermeable & permeable block paved areas, slabbing & topsoiling to all plots
