Construction of a new retail park initially consisting of 2 phases constructed simultaneously for developer Landlink. 4no units – Warburton’s distribution warehouse / Aldi supermarket / Starbucks drive through / Greggs drive through. Plus 4no roads and associated infrastructure.

- Cut and engineered fill with GPS guided plant moving circa 25000m3
- Forming flood compensation zone with surrounding bund
- Drainage up to 5m deep
- Pump station with 2no Caisson shafts 3m diameter 9.5m deep
- Pre cast headwall installation into adjacent water course
- Precast concrete attenuation tanks
- Power float warehouse slabs to FM2 finish
- 278 works onto A29 roundabout forming new entrance
- Complete external works package including mixture of block paving, permeable paving, 7500m2 brushed concrete service area, street furniture and extensive ducting infrastructure
