Developing site-specific method statements – and visiting each active site on a regular basis.

Monitoring and providing monthly summaries of site visits and quarterly summaries of any incidents for management analysis / action.

Reviewing each incident in depth to establish cause and identify opportunities for improvement.

Regular training
Providing all AD Bly staff with regular training to make sure that they are up-to-date on health and safety issues.
